About Ruth Edwards

She has been a Real Estate Agent since January of 2015. She joined Coldwell Banker Next Generation Realty - Crystal River in February 2019. Ruth is active within the local, state, and national associations, serving on numerous committees. In 2019, She served as the President of the REALTOR® Association of Citrus County and represented Citrus County at several National Association of REALTORS® events. She is a major investor with the REALTOR® Political Action Committee and has recently reached the President's Circle. She has been a strong advocate for legislative issues important to homeowners and the real estate industry.

 

She has received the Commitment to Excellence Endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS® and has earned many certifications and designations, including Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Military Relocation Professional, At Home with Diversity, and Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource. She recently completed her broker's course and exam, becoming a licensed Broker Associate.

 

She has been recognized by Marquis Who's Who and is a Pinnacle Professional Member of Continental Who's Who. She has also been acknowledged as one of the top 500 Real Estate Agents by Broker-Agent Advisor in 2020 and 2021, and she was recently awarded the Diamond Award by Carrington Publishers.

 

She is a member of the Women's Council of REALTOR®and the Real Estate Business Institute. She has been a member of the Florida Association of REALTOR® Honor Society for the past six years.

 

In her spare time, Ruth loves to cook. Her multicultural menus make for interesting family dinners. She also enjoys reading, needlework, and playing with her rescue dogs. She and her husband enjoy traveling, with trips to the US Virgin Islands and Hawaii as their favorite destinations.
